About Our Founder

Josh Crafford, who is neurodivergent, has 20+ years of leading Corporate Leadership Learning & Development at fortune 200 companies, including GE Capitol. He also has a master's degree in Design Management and Innovation, is a recognized Creative Thinking and Neurodiversity and Inclusion expert partner with multiple universities, including Emory, UConn, University of Illinois, University of Hawaii and SCAD.
